LOL. I was one of them. I am one of the lucky few who works for someone who simply does not care. I typically wear Jeans and keep a suit on the back of my door. This last week though, I have started to dress business casual.

I can wear whatever I want unless we have clients coming in. It’s nice, but there are days I go for the more professional look just ‘cause.

What prompted you to change?
