I said they were unprepared, and they were… the agency was incapable of handling the influx.
Also, this is wreaking havoc with auto scrap dealers and related businesses, and making it hard to find parts…

it’s wasteful in many respects.
Not saying it’s not great if you need a new car and want to get rid of a junker, but it will create as many problems as it solves, which the administration just ignores.

It doesn’t matter if it is creating problems, the people are getting their cars, that’s what counts, and that is working royally.
