You throw out all mail-in ballots in Democratic strongholds — which heavily favor the Democrats. You know that’s what Kemp wants — his whole career has been in suppressing votes and he sounds as though he’s on team Trump.

Hopefully the Democrats are prepared to fight viciously with no hold bars to stop this.
