HR 45 is pretty devious. Stops all personal transactions of guns. If you want to get your boy a hunting rifle, must take him to a shop, fingerprint, register him and the gun, background check etc. etc. to do the transaction.

When you think about it, there’s really no practical way to stop the personal transfer/sale of guns. This bill simply seeks to make criminals of law-abiding people. Spit.
