not rubbing anything in…it was rubbed long ago…following politics is a fun pursuit, like a hobby, or watching movies but if you think for a second that somebody’s TV show, or book or essay makes a difference as to defining leadership and accomplishing what’s good for America, you are living inside the illusion…what’s the point in getting so shook up about it?

I need to get a little worked up sometimes, because the small things I can do to change things require me bring enthusiasm to the table. If I want to win the support of co-workers and neighbors for my preferred candidates, I have to convince them its a good idea. Getting worked up can be good for selling.
