Based on the flimsy assumption that he knew what he was saying when he condemned Jews-Neocons-Bill O’Reilly, it would appear that the set of neocons contains members who are not Jews.

It’s sort of like ‘international bankers’. The group is not actually made up only, or even primarily, of Jews, it’s just a code word for Jews.
