I do not think you are treating Marshall’s judicial experience, record, his work as a civil rights lawyer, or anything about him seriously when you return to the one comment as a summation of his philosophy.

Do you feel that Marshall simply ignored constitutionality?

Is there any reason you changed Marshall’s word ‘think’ to the word ‘feel’ in this last post? Do you realize you did that?
