That I-won’t-shut-off-my-phone behavior seems to be fairly common among first class passengers.

I was on plane when this woman got so mad when she was asked to shut off her phone that after the steward walked away she kicked the seat in front of her so hard that it collapsed forward causing the guy in it to smash into the seat in front of him. The plane was just getting ready to taxi and they ended up going back to the gate and these big burly security guards ‘escorted’ her off the plane while she was shouting,’ I’m gonna sue. I’m gonna sue!’
