The problem is that the current law seems to be unsustainable. We can’t effectively keep illegal immigrants out, and we can’t seem to keep businesses from hiring them. Something major needs to change, because totally unenforcable laws might as well not be laws at all.

Perhaps more invasive and punitive fines & penalties can be levied against companies? I’m talking draconian here.
