Well I certainly hope you’re correct and I’ve been misunderstanding what Charles is saying out here.
But I do confess to having a vested interest in this entire health care business; right now Medicare is the only thing slowing down the progress of my cancer and MAY at some point, put it in remission again long enough for the Mayo Clinic to finish it’s full tilt boogie trial run of a new drug which CURES even Advanced Prostate cancer and get the drug out to the doctors. So that’s a major part of MY bias on this. But I’m also biased because of statments made by Obama and Reid (and Shumer) to the effect of We (the Democrats) have the ability to make this health care “reform law” into law, whether or not ANY Republicans agree with it. Reforming health care in our complex society I think requires a lot more time and a lot more study to accomplish. And frankly, the idea of it being crammed into my life as my health care, whether or not I like it OR HAVE ANY SAY IN IT bothers me enormously.
But I do hope you’re right. If Charles decides that there is a lot of angry, upset Americans who are angry and upset because they either don’t understand the health care bill or because they do, NOT because they are being astroturfed, then perhaps he’ll be able to rein in the MSM once again.

We’ll find a way to get that drug to you, RW. I don’t know how, but it’ll happen. It HAS to happen; Because without you the world would be a good bit poorer.
