As I recall a lot of Eastern European resistance groups stayed in business when the Soviets moved in. They, rightly, regarded Josef Dugashvili as no improvement over Adolph Shicklegruber.

The longest lived lasted a little over a decade𠉪nd changed nothing. They were armed too.
