I just heard his “statement” portion of the press conference, and when he got finished with his weekly “prepared” Sat. morning speech, he had to go “impromtu” on mentioning the shooting in upstate NY.

He fumbled, and stopped and couldn’t even make a complete sentence and never even mentioned the town.

He sounded like a fool. Can’t this man even hold a fact in his mind and speak on his feet.
