I’ll have to wait until those with more time for legalise have chewed through Issa’s bill, but being a hardened cynic by this point, I don’t expect that the House will successfully pass a bill unless Boehner finally drops the whole “Hastert Rule” BS and agrees to hash out a deal with Democrats that could pass with strong bipartisan support.
