Who would have thought such things possible.
How is it that the quick and dirty bios accompany Slager and Scott included Slager’s stint in the USCG failed to indicate he was accused of excessive force previously, but the media reports also had no problem finding that Scott had an assault rap 22 years ago?
Which one is far more germane to the incident at hand - a deadly force incident for a broken tail light: an excessive force claim from 2013 or or an assault occurring 2+ decades ago
