The attack, if it comes, will be at a time and place of his choosing. And US attack may mean attacking US interests in the region, whether it’s the US embassy in Pakistan or Afghanistan, supply routes, or a mass casualty attack in the course of attacking logistics routes or bases in Afghanistan.
