After further review I think the statement that states “require contraceptive coverage for religious institutions” isn’t exactly accurate. Some of those states (GA, NH, OH, VA, CO, WA) mandate that insurance providers include contraceptive coverage which is a distinction and the others do have exemptions for groups that self insure (IA, IL)…

A listing of all the state laws regarding contraceptives in case I’ve misread something:

Anyone have any idea on how to come up with a list of lawsuits involving this? I’ve only found the two, CO and NC, because they’re both being handled by the same group.

Dunno how to come up with a list, but in the cases of both New York and California the process has ended; the Supreme Court denied cert for the respective appeals. In both case the plaintiffs included the Catholics.
