Oh, man.

I hold that the intent to do harm to one, is as evil as the intent to do harm to many. It’s the evil of doing harm that’s at issue - not the numbers.

The numbers “count” in that notice is taken once the numbers reach a certain level; history records the harm done to thousands as a different sort of event than the harm done to one.

But the evil intent is the same, regardless of the numbers.
