No offense but I get really sick and tired of the non stop cynicism. People said we would not retake the House. We did. They said we would not impeach him. We did. And we’re going ot beat his ass in the fall.

In her case, I don’t think it’s cynicism, but rather despair. She hates Trump with the burning passion of a thousand suns. Yesterday she had real fear that stimulus package money would go to help the Trump crime family — and this morning was ecstatic to read that the 500 billion dollar slush fund elected officials and their relatives were barred from receiving any money.

I will have to remind her she also believed that Bernie was going to win. We both tend to be the glass half empty type of person — pessimists at heart.
