Ok, let’s build nuclear reactors now…all over the place. Let’s build better, cleaner refineries that produce better and cleaner fuel.

The problem is we cannot, because those are both blocked by people claiming to love the planet. There is a political component to all of this that needs to be removed. It polarizes and makes any real progress possible. BOTH sides need to drop the idiocy and get going.

OK, I am willing to have “Windmills a/la Holland” off the NJ Coast if it helps with energy/environmental needs. Will my Opposite Number accept that? Probably NOT, a few Seagulls Might be Killed, an Environmental Impact Statement is needed - for the purpose of bringing a lawsuit if it allows development. Face facts, Hardcore Environmentalists are LUDDITES, full stop.
