It’s not an easy topic.

Removal is a last resort and should only be considered when immediate or potentially lasting psychical or psychological harm would be done to the child by leaving them in that environment.

Depends on the child, family and circumstance.

If the “hounding” was on a level of psychological abuse or bullying then removal should take place - or at the very least external counselling or conflict resolution.

Since we are in a statistics-free zone, I’ll say that a very large proportion of each generation will define its upbringing as ‘psychological abuse or bullying’. The stand-up comic industry depends on it.
