I think I needed an attitude adjustment. Dress more professionally and I will approach my work more professionally? I found I was taking a lot of work home (again, because my boss does not care) instead of just doing it at work. I needed to reset the mental barriers: work at work (and dress like it), play at home (and dress like it).

I suspected that might be your answer. Totally understand.
