Honestly? I think no-fault divorce is a good thing. I’ve got friends with kids that have gotten divorced, and now they’re happier. They get along with their ex, the kids go between parents without any drama, and they can celebrate their new life and the new life their ex has without rancor. Waaay better than a long, drawn out divorce where fault has to be found and the kids grow up in a bitter environment.
