Erik Rush: Remove Obama From Office ‘By Any Means Necessary’

Wingnuts • Views: 26,503

More and more wingnuts are deciding to forget about the non-violent arguments they’ve been using for cover and are getting comfortable with calling for militant action against the President.

Take Erik Rush for example:

While Larry Klayman believes that “violent revolution” against President Obama “looms on the horizon,” Erik Rush is now openly calling for people to remove Obama from office “by any means necessary.” He says that people no longer need to obey the law because Obama administration “criminals have proven that they are not dissuaded by trifles like legality.”

“[A]ll I can say is that America has suffered casualties due to internal conflict before,” Rush writes today in a blog post titled, “It is Time… to Revolt Against a Tyrant,” in which he argues that “Obama and his cabal, and in all likelihood a substantial segment of Congress must go. We must also extricate the radicals and Islamists whom Obama has so kindly insinuated into high places in our government.”

Rush, a regular guest on Fox News, recently said that the president should face execution over his supposed plot to nuke America and argued that anyone who criticized Rush should be put in jail.

Say “hi” to the Secret Service for us, Erik!

Yo Erik, tyrants don’t have to make deals with the opposition to keep the government operating. If Obama was the tyrant you dream he is, he would be putting you in jail for your various stupid screeds and yet here you are like Ted Nugent, a free man who thinks he’s being tyrannized. It’d be adorable if it wasn’t so damn sad.

It fascinates me that the opposition to President Obama is not ideological. Very few people notice that the Affordable Care Act is bringing millions of people into the PRIVATE insurance system. No one cares what the President is doing about Syria or Iran. No one cares that federal deficits have been falling for the past several years. No one cares about the history of the September 15, 2008 crash and the Great Recession that followed. The opposition to the President is on an entirely different level: “I know you are, but what am I.” It has everything to do with primitive, childish hate, and very little to do with ideology.

7 GunstarGreen  Tue, Dec 3, 2013 11:22:07am

You now live in a country where ‘not doing what you want to do politically’ is the definition of ‘tyranny’.

Think about that for a few minutes.

Obama is such a “tyrant” that his political opposition enjoys unfettered access to various means of communicating such to the citizenry.

Meanwhile, Putin’s critics are hoping they see the outside of a jail cell sometime in the next decade.

Mr. Obama’s intention was to set off the three nukes to devastate all computer related systems on the continent thus taking America back 200 years and guaranteeing a total breakdown in society and with in one year the death of 300 million Americans.

With such an intention, how exactly would this favor the POTUS? Good Dog, why are black conservatives either completely batshit crazy (Erik Rush, Allen West) or complete Uncle Toms (Michael Steele)? Is there such thing as a Moderate Black Conservative?

Not only that, but Obama’s critics are able to turn a tidy profit from book deals, talk shows, and jobs with Fox News. Plus they can openly assemble in front of the White House with Confederate flags and call for him to “put the Qur’an down and come out with his hands up”.

He clearly needs to take some tyranny lessons from Putin.

I am sure that there are moderate black conservatives, and like most moderate conservatives, they are busy living moderate conservative lives with moderate, reasoned and non-controversial views. As such they form part of the backbone of America and are totally uninteresting as far as mass media goes. There’s no rating bump for MOR, just for the extreme ends

So, Obama was going to set off 3 nukes, and yet no one in the military has stepped forward to mention it, no one on any of the crews, none of the officers, and rather than tell us the names of the 3 generals in an effort to shield them, he’s keeping their identities secret.

Plus the slight issue of the Army not having a nuclear arsenal of its own. The Air Force and Navy have nukes, but not the Army or USMC.

I literally (literally-literally, not figuratively-literally) think that this has to do with the fact that the crazy no longer depends on either the speaker’s form or voice: when an obvious drooling loony comes up to you shrieking about the Fed or the Biltburg Group or whatever you instinctively know to avoid that person. Same thing (to an extent) with traditional one-to-many mass media (radio or TV): insanity has some tell-tale affectations of movement and voice and humans are well evolved to know that these people are, somehow, “off” (especially American humans who are by nature pragmatic and if not non-ideological then at least they think themselves non-ideological, there is a reason that as bad as Coughlin and Lindburg and the Klan got, it was never more than a tiny minority of actual supporters).

But when you read some bug-fuck-crazy blog you’re reading it in your own head in your own “voice”. It bypasses your social defense mechanisms. It seems reasonable because it sounds reasonable because you’re the one “saying” it.

President Barack Obama’s Kenyan-born uncle is expected to appear at a new deportation hearing to argue that he should be allowed to stay in the United States.

Onyango Obama is the 69-year-old half brother of the president’s late father. His hearing is scheduled Tuesday in Boston.

He has lived in the United States since the 1960s. He was ordered to leave the country in 1992, but remained.

Someone ought to be collecting memorabilia touched by Obama and members of his family. Do DNA analysis on them to work out his real identity. This will be hard — contamination with DNA of other people who have touched the items, inability to get a DNA sample from Satan — but worth doing for the sake of the historical record.

It’s the same religious fundamentalist mentality that tries to block gay marriage and contraceptives.

Marriage is, according to many religions, a sacrament. Literally a gift from God, the rejection of which is mortal rejection of the same God.

And that’s fine - if you’re of that religion. But Caesar is Caesar, and marriages under the laws of the state are contracts. Contracts are, by uniform code, eligible for mutual dissolution with no penalty not in the original contract.

They get along with their ex, the kids go between parents without any drama, and they can celebrate their new life and the new life their ex has without rancor. Waaay better than a long, drawn out divorce where fault has to be found and the kids grow up in a bitter environment.

Or growing up knowing your parents hate each other and only stay together because they don’t want to go through the mess of finding fault in divorce court. Or watching daddy beat mommy when he’s drunk then “apologize” after he’s sobered up, knowing that mommy can’t leave because she’d have to document the abuse and prove to the court’s satisfaction that she has no choice but to seek a divorce.

I mean look at Limbaugh, Gingrich, and others. Even the saintly Reagan got divorced. Divorces happen. By the way though, I may be wrong but they may be calling the divorce laws liberal in the sense that divorce is easy to attain. Of course, I could be wrong given that they blame liberals for everything else.

Is Obama the anti-Christ? It’s irresponsible not to speculate, birther pastor says

Carl Gallups advanced the theory, based on Aramaic translations of biblical texts, that Jesus spoke the current president’s name when he prophesized in Luke 10:18 that he “saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”

According to the theory, which Gallups says he did not develop but promoted, the Aramaic translation of that passage would be: “I beheld Satan as baraq u-bama.”

But Gallups insisted during an appearance Monday on the nationally syndicated Dr. Laurie Roth Show that he had never claimed that Obama was the anti-Christ.

“I’ll tell you what Obama is,” Gallups told Roth. “He is an anti-Christ, he is a depiction of some of the characteristics of the anti-Christ who is to come. It could be in the future that we’ll discover he fits all of them, or it could be someone else. But I’m telling you there are many characteristics that he displays.”

I think there is some truth to that. Plus, mainstreaming it with the news “asking questions” and “we report, you decide” just brings out the worst in people. Like some of the discussion above, it allows people to come out from their holes because they seem to feel safer since others are crazy too.

Submarine aircraft carrier in this case means that they could surface, open a waterproof bay, pull out a float plane, unfold the wings on it and do some other assembly, and launch it. (Could carry three of them.) *NOT* the same as having a submergable Akagi-class carrier that could turn up and launch a meaningful deck strike.

6,600 tons and a 100m test depth. Any sort of 1944-ish ASW that caught up with it would not have a very hard time tracking it and probably killing it. Would have been slow diving and probably not very nimble underwater.

Yeah, the I-400s were devised for specific missions in mind, rather than as submersible replacements for fleet carriers. Yamamoto was big on the idea of launching decisive strikes on the US to cripple the US Navy long enough to get an edge for his big gun ships and the job of the I-400 class was to carry out one, namely an attack on the Panama Canal locks so as to extend the time it took ships from East Coast shipyards to reach the Pacific.

Recently released video taken by DCN Diving captured the intense rescue.

Harrison Okene, 29, was a chef on the Jascon 4, an oil company’s ship, when the boat capsized and sunk 100 feet into the ocean off the coast of Nigeria in May due to heavy ocean swells, Reuters reported at the time.

Massive bat-shit craziness did not have the critical mass to become news in and of itself just because so many people were tweeting it.

Now half of the news is about what people are twittering about, how they came to be talking about or whether it is founded in anything resembling objective, verifiable facts is irrelevant.

I think you’ve hit on the answer. I think the explosion of stupid and crazy in the media lately has been fed by the fact that witless fucking morons lap this stuff up like it’s manna from heaven.

As long as it’s full of racist, unreasoning, bilious hate there seems to be a sub-group of Americans who just love to hate the fuck out of other human beings.

re: #138 Dark_Falcon

The I-400’s aircraft, the Aichi M6A Seiran (it did not receive an Allied codename) was notable as the only Japanese strike aircraft to use a inline engine. However, that also points to the tech problems Japan faced, as the engine was a licensed copy of the German Daimler-Benz 601 series.

Actually points more to the Japanese Navy’s familiarity and trust in radial engines than failure of the Japanese tech base. The Kawasaki version of the engine, used in the Army’s Ki-60 “Tony” fighter, was of a superior finish to the Aichi engine. In fact, most navies that operated piston-powered aircraft relied on radial engines before jets took over, as they were easier to build, had better reliability, and were more resistant to battle damage than straight-line engines favored by land-based aircraft.

I was more referring to the fact that Japan did not design inline engines, but rather licensed the design from Germany. But your point does lessen my mine, its a fact.

There was a lot of license-building, if not outright cribbing off the work of others, in the early days of aviation. Mostly it was by nations who had little or not aviation infrastructure of their own, so they’d buy up a foreign-built powerplant, study it and reverse engineer it, then use the experience of that to develop their own.

If you promise to pay your employees a set amount, where $X is pay and $Y is benefits like insurance, you don’t get to pick and choose what $Y covers based on your religious beliefs.

What is so hard about that?

re: #158 Targetpractice

Everyone in aerospace did it - does it - that’s why planes and spacecraft tend to look alike for every generation regardless of country.
Example: the US and Soviet designed jets that clashed in the Korean war looked almost identical because they both basically started with the same German design for the airframes and British design for the jet engines.

When the US needed to get to the moon in a hurry it had to turn to German rocket science and Von Braun’s brute force approach (and abandon the X-15 and other research that would take too long to provide results)
The Soviets countered by leaning heavily on German designs themselves

Airbus and Boeing both produce planes that look very similar and familiar - despite producing concept designs with theoretical advantages seemingly every year - because “plane shaped” planes are a known quantity and radical designs introduce “Known Unknowns”
New technologies like composites are introduced slowly and incrementally - Airbus will have learned as much from the various troubles with the 787 and its novel systems as Boeing (and vice versa as previously with the De Havilland Comet’s problems)

When it comes to war machines ideas tend to have no borders - the famous T-34 used a suspension system invented (and ignored) in the US
The US developed Stealth technology using ideas and algorithms invented by a Russian (whose work was ignored at home)

Not true. The Kawasaki Ki-61 used an inline V engine. About 2,500 of them were built, and saw service from 1943 to the end of the war.
