Do these soldiers have the knowledge and experience to work with Russian equipment? Are their officers fluent in Russian so that they can follow the commands issued by Russian officers? Wouldn’t they be more likely to know Mandarin than Russian anyway?

Plus North Korea hasn’t been in a war for 70 years, so who knows how well trained these soldiers are.
