Not very likely. Customs goes out to ships now, they don’t wait for them to get to port.

I am in the shipping business, Thanos. We are very, very far from inspecting every containing coming into US ports. Air shipments are there, but the sheer volume of sea containers makes it cost prohibited. We need better scanners, more money and a definite system to check. Otherwise, we are sitting ducks.
