The idiots on Twitter are saying “every vote counts”, but that is demonstrably not true of caucuses like this one. Romney and Santorum will each end up with probably 6 delegates from Iowa regardless of the final count.

And, Romney will likely maneuver the officially “unpledged” RNC delegates into his corner regardless of the outcome.

I think Perry and Bachmann voters would go to Santorum with the balance obviously going to Romney. Paul is a lost cause.
