I posted this earlier, but one of the companies that was kind kind enough to send me an application through the mail after I called and explained I couldn’t get their online application to work is basically going to be shredded to bits by cap & trade. Their primary revenue source is anthricite coal (which is pretty clean, but probably not clean enough for the 0 admin.) and they’ve expanded their traffic to include pipes, heavy equipment and specialized ‘frac sand’ for natural gas exploration on the Marcellus shale.

I’m sorry this happened to you. I hope you have better luck elsewhere, and that this industry isn’t hurt further. Maybe the Senate will be able to get that provision dropped; I hope so.

I’ve favourited your post and intend to make use of it whenever I’m talking to people who support Obama blindly, or this bill uncritically.
