Hillary signaled that we are definitely going after the perpetrators. They need to join bin Laden on the long list of ex-terrorists, but I would prefer not to see it done with drones and air strikes. If we have any capability at all for old-fashioned secret agent “wet work” this is the place to use it. If we give ourselves plausible deniability, the terrorists themselves will still know who is responsible (as we want them to) but their propaganda machine will be less able to use it against us with the general population.
