How are you going to address root cause in a place that is anarchy defined? Somalia has NO functioning gov’t or any kind of civil infrastructure. You can’t send aid or help, there’s no authority but out the barrel of a gun.

If I had a great plan…well, I wouldn’t be teaching high school English for a living. Somalia is a right effing mess. But someone is going to have to come up with a game plan at some point. I don’t know if the root causes can be addressed, or will be. Just sayin’.
