Just imagine the charges that would be brought if some terrorist tried to taint the water supply for a US city. These are the charges that Snyder et al. should be facing.

It’s criminal negligence at the very least. His manager was informed of the risk before he made the decision, and instead chose to override the city council and roll the dice with people’s health and safety. Snyder’s people had ample opportunity to intervene and mitigate the harm, but instead decided to condone the ongoing poisoning of an entire city’s water supply.

This is like General Ripper’s insane fever dream, only it’s real and instead of a communist plot it was a staunchly conservative Republican Governor that engaged in a conspiracy to contaminate the precious bodily fluids of tens of thousands of the citizens he was elected to serve.
