Libertarians deny AGW as well as disapprove of the wars. Wikileaks strikes me as more libertarian than liberal or conservative. Their presupposition that everything bad is the government’s fault and everything the government does is bad is a huge clue.

They’re swedish, and I’m more familiar with their metal scene than their political axis.

I suspect it’s more that they just want to be the website that breaks the big story, and any big authority that can be taken down a notch by them is fair game. They’re gunning for political impact, but from a selfish perspective, if that makes any sense.
