I remember a conversation back around the Inauguration in which many of us (no idea who) concluded that the most likely scenario would be that Obama would keep the “war-crimes” bullshit in his back pocket to be trotted out if and when he needed a distraction from the failure of the Stimulus. Looks like we nailed that one.
