Okay, things are now officially scary…

One of my coworkers is on funeral leave. His grandfather passed away, but he didn’t give us any information for where we could send flowers or condolences.

Using Google, I was able to find out the grandfather’s name and funeral location knowing:

* date of death
* state of death
* grandson’s last name

and that’s it. By reading through the obituary I was able to match several other data points, so I’m pretty sure I got it. But that’s amazing how little you need to know to find people.
