You seem to lack reading comprehension here. These were not random reports. These were DOD autopsies of killed prisoners.

OK, thank you, that was my question. If they died having been captured in combat, then it doesn’t surprise me that they may have suffered violence. If it violates ROE then it should be investigated, if not, oh well.
