I sat back and watched people get those subprime loans several years ago. At the time I couldn’t understand how they could even consider those with the eventually monthly payments that would be involved. Every other Joe on the street was buying a house with barely any money down and an income that didn’t match those projected mortgages. It was the buyers, sellers and mortgage companies all working together. The seller of course had only one thing in mind and that was for the buyer to sign the contract. Once they get their commission they’re done.
