Based on what I read in Fire and Fury about the neverending war between factions in the WH for control of Trump, I’m guessing Porter was an ally of Kelly’s in his fight to limit Jarvanka’s access to Trump. And of course, spousal abuse just isn’t that big a deal to a he-man like Kelly. What real man doesn’t have to smack his wife around a time or two?//

If that’s what it takes to be in the “He Man Club,” count me out.

That kind of fits the empathy thing: I don’t want to be smacked around, so I’m not going to do it to anyone else.

Aside from that, my wife knows how to use an iron frying pan for things other than cooking.
