NATO needs to rethink its mission in the changed situation in Europe since the demise of its chief nemesis, the Warsaw Pact, but that does not mean chucking it entirely.

I’ll just be happy, or at least happier, once some semblance of government by patriotic adults returns to 1600 Penn Ave.
