What strategy? Storming off the stage when they cut his mic for speaking out of turn or off topic?

Hasn’t someone here already mentioned that Trump could still yell his invectives to distract Biden? The mic might not be on to amplify his voice but he could still be heard at least by Biden and the moderator.
