Speaking of musicians … Chris Martin of Coldplay gets a bit of a bad rap sometimes. He can be political on stage, but the organization he is very involved with is OxFam. OxFam isn’t as “dicey” as many other NGOs. And he got some unwarranted grief over stealing a riff from Kraftwerk for the song “Talk.” But Kraftwerk gave the usage its blessing.
