I can’t believe the GOP is actually coming out pro-child labor these days. It’s pretty nuts. The time before labor laws sucked. Everyone should know that.

Some kids do have to work jobs to make ends meet and bring in more for their family. Some just drop out to do that. Neither of these are good things. They should be studying. A job in the summer can be good, but a job while you’re taking a full load of classes means your classes aren’t challenging you enough.
