yup, southern California kid, through and through. Played water polo and swam in high school. Played a year of water polo at a JC, and then a few more years of “masters” which is just a nice way of saying “old guys looking for an excuse to hang out and drink on a Tuesday” (even though I was still mostly in college during that run so I didn’t need an excuse to drink on Tuesdays).

Isn’t that tough on the ponies? /ducking
