Their recent ARG alone is one of most amazing interactions with the community ever.

The LOST ARG between season two and three was the best one they had, so much non-canon backstory, the producers had a lot of trouble from fans who wanted to see the extra backstory weaved into the series. It probably would have added 2 more years to the series.
