I have seen many on the right take plenty of hits here for who they choose to associate with. Like right wingers and white supremacists. Given Sean’s avowed attitude about the US it looks appropriate to me.

You are right, there are right wingers being vilified for associating with white supremacists, but don’t those right wingers also profess their own hate towards other groups?

As for Penn’s attitude towards the US, wasn’t the idea of free speech originally about making sure Americans can speak out against the government without fear of government retribution? It was all about preventing a totalitarian government, was it not?

I haven’t seen anything about Penn that puts him in the same building as Pam Geller let alone in her lap.
