Well, we wouldn’t if we could do the sane thing with Tax Cuts.

However, a good size chunk of the nation is delusional on this. Hence, we have a self-inflicted wound.

It could be solved quite easily. Unfortunately, rigid ideology is getting in the way.

America is in favor of higher taxes on those earning over a million - support is in the high 60% in polls.

Even “Republicans” (generic ones) are by and large in favour of higher taxes for millionaires….. the red meat base (the 20% dead enders) are being insane tho
