I’ve been home with our son for the past nine months and it has been a wild, wild ride. I have always considered myself an “enlightened” man, but it has been eye opening. I’m three credits shy of my MS and working towards the CPA and can barely find the energy to shave my face. Can’t say I’d change it, though. Being able to take my kid to visit my wife for lunch at her demanding job (while we’re expecting our second, no less) to brighten her day, all while bonding with him has been very rewarding. Miss the moolah, however.
