I have FiOS triple play. I paid $94.99 plus taxes and fees a month. I don’t have the HBO and premium channels, and the net speeds are 20/5mbs. You have to look and see what speeds they’re providing in your area as the speeds change depending on area and the offer.

I love the FiOS service, but hate the Verizon customer service, which took months to get my billing correct. As a result of major issues with my billing, I got a LCD tv out of the deal, plus a 2 year lock in price (when I signed up originally, it was just before the LCD tv deal and only offered a 1 year lock-in).
