MOnths ago I read an article in a little Philly weekly paper about Obama. And it quoted him as saying: “All I have to do in most cases is just talk to people and 95% of the time we can come to an agreement.”

Because he is a gifted scam artist, and has had only dumb Chicagoan to practice on, he has come to believe that he really can talk anyone into anything.
