Pissing and moaning about the big, bad banker’s big, bad bonuses isn’t going to fix anything. Meaningful legislation that emplaces thoughtful regulation is what’s called for.

And it’s also what is entirely absent, both from Congress and from the President’s latest gaseous speeches.

How it’s possible to be completely, utterly ineffective when your party controls both houses of Congress and the White House is beyond me.
