Jonathan Hafetz of the ACLU wants more of those old Abu Ghreib-type pictures released so Americans can discuss whether this was all Bush’s fault, instead of a few bad apples’ actions.

Hafetz looks like a little Napoleon, down to the hair curls around his balding pate.

He’s not Napoleon; Bonaparte knew how to fight. All the ACLU can do is litigate.
