A huge 7.6 magnitude earthquake hit off the Andaman Islands in eastern India, triggering a tsunami alert across the Indian Ocean, the US Geological Survey reported Tuesday.

Good to have some official backing. I think Thanos is right, the bottom topography is in our favor this time. We will soon know.
